SPOKANE CHAI
Spokane Chai is a new social group created by membership committee chair Sara Kayne and her husband, Ari Kayne. It is a group for Spokane Jews in their 20s and 30s that aims to keep Jews connected and engaged through a variety of group events, regardless of affiliation. Latkes and Lagers, our inaugural event, occurred last month at Manito Tap House. The kickoff was a success and we generated exciting ideas for future events. Everyone agreed that the group will fill a need in our community. Our next event will be a Shabbat potluck dinner at the Kayne residence. Details to come.
